不錯，安靜，網上訂餐方便，客房清潔每天都會打掃，但床不軟。衹要設施齊全就可以 我想把床換成軟一點的，我會再次回來入住。

最後一天退房竟然遇到櫃檯人員不清楚會員內容，執意要扣我押金，只因我未在12點退房，已告知並出示app內會員福利的延遲退房，竟回覆網路上訂房的時間不準確要依現場酒店規定

服務差，工作人員不瞭解訊息和條件、雜物房間全部都不能用 ， 壞，房間不乾淨，洗臉盆也壞，

Amazing location, this hotel is really located in the heart of Phnom Penh, very close to Aeon Mall, Mekong river, Royal Palace, near to many bar, restaurant, coffee... Staffs are really friendly. Room are clean, nice with big balcony, really wonderful to see the view of the city and the Mekong. The price is very cheap, Highly recommend!

At first, I thought it was okay after 15 days, so I signed a long-term contract for two months. From that day on, things I couldn't even imagine started happening. The room contract was $580 per month, but the electricity and water bill was $183. Also, there is a separate parking fee. Parking fee is $17 including card. Divide the total by one month. It was almost the same as paying my daily bills. But more importantly, the room is cleaned only once a week. I will understand that as well. While cleaning the room, we take away all the existing towels. They don't even provide towels. And they do not provide toilet paper or trash bags. Also, even though the toilet was clogged, I even bought a machine from outside to unclog it and unclogged it myself. I was paying close to $800 a month for this small place with one room for this service. I was so angry that I canceled my contract immediately after one month. Never sign a long-term contract. It shortens your lifespan. The female employee there even made sales calls to tell me to buy another condo and kept bothering me by asking me if I wanted a massage. I went there to relax, but what kind of hotel is this that took up my precious time with a sales advertisement? ? Don't ever go there

Apartment style hotel, quiet, would recommend and stay again. Quiet part of town. Enjoyed my stay
